How to Tie Your Wild Rag

image

De's Wild Rags knows that wild rags or scarves used as wild rags have been around a long time and have many uses.  One of the most common uses is as a neck cover.  For the inexperienced user of wild rags, it can be a frustrating experience trying to tie a wild rag and make it look good.  De's Wild Rags wants everyone to feel like they can tie wild rags or scarves for the neck if they want to, so we're providing a step-by-step instruction page to make this an easy experience.  We know some people like to dress up their scarves or wild rags with conchos or other fancy adornment, but that isn't necessary.  A wrap and a simple square knot are all that are required.  Follow the instructions below, accompanied by pictures of each step, and you'll soon be an accomplished wearer of wild rags.  Because of the quality product we provide at De's Wild Rags, you'll want to wear these attractive scarves/wild rags often!

Step One

Fold the wild rag in half from corner to corner, matching the other two corners.  It will be in the shape of a big triangle.

Step Two

Take each side corner and cross the ends over at back of neck.

Step Three

Bring those ends, still crossed, back around to the front and cross again at center of neck.

Step Four

Take the crossed ends and tie once.

Step Five, Finished!

Tie again to form a basic square knot.  The point of the wild rag should be centered with the knot at center of neck.
